Our clients faces challenges with cerebral palsy, spinal bifida, brain trauma, stroke, and paralysis; multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, and arthritis; PTSD, depression, anxiety, obsessive/compulsive disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorders. Animal-assisted therapy is ideal for all these situations, providing opportunity for emotional management and awareness, and improving social and relationship skills that help facilitate greater self-esteem, self-expression, confidence, and healthy integration into society.
