We’re excited to invite you to our Pitchfork Cookout this fall—Saturday, October 4, 2025! It’s one of our favorite nights of the year, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
Imagine a crisp fall evening at the barn, complete with a steak dinner, live music with The Sons of 20, drinks, and s’mores by the fire. It’s a laid-back, fun-filled night where we bring together sponsors, donors, friends, and family—right where the magic of STARS happens.
We won’t take up much of your night talking shop, but we will share a little glimpse into the impact of our programs and introduce you to our incredible herd. The rest of the night is all about enjoying good company, great food, and a beautiful setting. *This is an adult only event.
We’d love for you to consider sponsoring the event. We keep this night simple—no auctions or extras - sponsorships are what make it all possible. Sponsors receive event tickets and get recognized throughout the year in our indoor arena, on our social media and website.

There will be options to give and a free will donation beer & wine bar at the event but please consider donating prior to the event by becoming a sponsor! Your support helps us keep session fees discounted for every rider—making it possible for more riders and families to benefit from multiple sessions. That makes a huge difference.
To be included in event publications, please send in your sponsorship by September 1st. Sponsor tickets will be sent in the mail or can be picked up at the barn! Seats are limited for this event. Please let us know if you plan to sponsor so we have your tickets reserved!
When you become a member of the Stable Club you commit to helping keep STARS Stable all year long. Your monthly contribution is vital to programming needs. You make a difference every month with your membership! The Stable Club is automatically withdrawn for your convenience, a 12 month commitment at your level of choice or a one time donation at your level of choice. When you sign up to become a Monthly Giver in the Stable Club you will receive recognition in the Riding Center Ramp Room, and also recognized on the STARS website for your ongoing support!
